I was looking for a zt411 with the 600dpi print head, and everywhere online i went everyone was saying it would take 4-6 weeks, and they were more money. I talked with Matthew via chat, and within the same day he got back to me and said he had the unit i was looking for. We placed the order and it came a lot faster then I was expected. We hooked it up, everything worked and my labeler is excstatic she has a printer that can keep up with her workload.
